Data you own
Stored on your machine, and exported on a schedule as plain CSV and JSON to a folder you choose. There are no proprietary formats and no cloud-only state.

Nothing sent for you
Emails and call sheets are drafts until you confirm each one. Nothing is hard-deleted: archived records stay recoverable.

Honest automation
Receipt categories carry a confidence score. Anything below your threshold lands in a review queue instead of being filed wrong.
